Personal skills are assessed during the group 4 project in the second year of the course.  To do well, you should:

Collaborate with others, respecting their input and views of the experiment.  Freely exchange ideas with your lab group.

Enter the lab assignment without hesitation.  Don’t procrastinate or whine.  Take great care in collecting the data, and be certain the data is accurate and neat.  Be considerate of the environmental impact your experiment has.

Routinely provide useful ideas when participating in the group and in classroom discussion. Be a definite leader who contributes a lot of effort.

Routinely uses time well throughout the project to ensure things get done on time. Group does not have to adjust deadlines or work responsibilities because of your procrastination.

Never is publicly critical of the project or the work of others. Always has a positive attitude about the task.
